		William 'Obi' M. Greenman President and CEO Years with Cerus : 17
Mr. Greenman was named our President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2011. He had been Cerus' Chief Business Officer since April 2010. Previously, he was senior vice president, business development and marketing. From 2006 to 2008, he held the position of president, Cerus Europe, and prior to that, he served as vice president, business development. Prior to joining Cerus in 1995 as director of business development, he worked in various marketing and business development positions in Baxter's Biotech Division from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Greenman currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Aduro Biotech. He received his B.A.S. in Economics and Biological Sciences from Stanford University.

		Laurence M. Corash, M.D. Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Officer Years with Cerus : 21
Dr. Corash, was appointed Chief Scientific Officer in 2009, and has held various medical positions within the company, including Chief Medical Officer, since 1994. Dr. Corash was a consultant to us from 1991 to 1994. He has been a Professor of Laboratory Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco since July 1985 and was Chief of the Hematology Laboratory for the Medical Center at the University of California, San Francisco from 1982 to 1997. From February 1990 to July 1994, Dr. Corash was a consultant to the FDA Advisory Panel for Hematology Devices. He currently serves on the U.S. Health and Human Services' Advisory Committee on Blood Safety and Availability.

		Andrew Gomperts Vice President, Business Development & Marketing and Chief Business Officer Years with Cerus : Joined January 2012
Mr. Gomperts was appointed Chief Business Officer and Vice President, Business Development and Marketing in January 2012. Prior to joining Cerus, he served as head of corporate and business development at Sangart. Previously, Mr. Gomperts was a director in the venture operations group at Idealab, a venture capital holding company, as well as a member of the senior management team at Prometheus Laboratories, a specialty pharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnering, licensing and strategic planning. Prior to Prometheus, he spent five years with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Gomperts received Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, a JD from Stanford Law School and an MBA from the Wharton School.

		Howard G. Ervin Vice President, Legal Affairs and Chief Legal Officer Years with Cerus : 13
Mr. Ervin was appointed our Vice President, Legal Affairs in June 1999 and became our Vice President, Legal Affairs and Chief Legal Officer in 2000. Previously, Mr. Ervin was a partner of the law firm now named Cooley LLP, practicing corporate and intellectual property law.

		Kevin D. Green Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer Years with Cerus : 6
Mr. Green was appointed our Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer in March 2009. From January 2006 to March 2009, Mr. Green was our Senior Director of Finance and Controller. From 2000 until 2006, Mr. Green held various financial management positions with Macromedia, Inc., a software company acquired by Adobe Systems in 2005, including Director of Finance and Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Macromedia, Mr. Green was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services division. Mr. Green is a certified public accountant.

		Caspar Hogeboom General Manager, Cerus Europe Years with Cerus : 6
Mr. Hogeboom was appointed General Manager of Cerus Europe in February 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Hogeboom was Managing Director of Cerus Europe since November 2008. From March 2006 to November 2008, Mr. Hogeboom served as our Managing Director Europe, INTERCEPT Blood Systems and was responsible for Sales and Marketing at Cerus Europe. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Mr. Hogeboom worked for Baxter Healthcare in Europe where he held several management, sales and European marketing positions from 1992 to 2006. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Hogeboom held various sales marketing positions at Maxxim Medical in the Netherlands.

		Suzanne Margerum Vice President, Development and Manufacturing Years with Cerus : 11
Suzanne Margerum was appointed Vice President, Development and Manufacturing in 2005. Since joining Cerus in 2001, she has held the positions of Vice President, Development; Director of Development; and Project Leader. Her previous experience includes 13 years at The Clorox Company in technical management (product development and manufacturing) for both U.S. and international business units. Ms. Margerum holds bachelors and masters degrees in chemical engineering.

		Carol Moore Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Clinical Years with Cerus : 4
Ms. Moore was appointed our Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Clinical in 2008. Prior to joining Cerus, she served as Vice President, Worldwide Regulatory Affairs at Bayer Corporation. Ms. Moore was with Bayer for over 30 years, during which she was involved with registration and regulatory compliance of Bayer’s biological and biotech products, health policy, and strategic planning.

		Lori L. Roll Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary Years with Cerus : 20
Ms. Roll was appointed our Vice President, Administration in 1999. From 1997 to 1999 she was our Director of Administration, and from 1992 to 1997 she served as our Controller. Prior to joining Cerus, Ms. Roll spent six years working as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young and also served as a Controller for two private companies.
