Cerus Corporation (NASDAQ:CERS) today announced the closing of a
registered underwritten public offering of its common stock, which
included the sale of additional shares of common stock upon full
exercise of the underwriter’s option to purchase additional shares.
Total proceeds for the offering were $57.5 million, before deducting
estimated offering expenses payable by Cerus.
BTIG, LLC acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.

offering of the shares of common stock described above was declared
